ResPAK Function Room and Conference Management

  • Function/Conference/Catering enquiries regarding Room/Area Availability are displayed with the press of a key, the status of External Functions/Conferences/Catering are also displayed in a similar manner.
  • Enquiries regarding the range of set Food and Beverage Menus are easily accessed and the prices can be based upon the number of guests, month of year, day of week and time of Function/Conference.
  • Selected Menus can be printed immediately on letterhead and incorporate all necessary details of the Function/Conference/Catering.
  • Function/Conference/Catering Bookings can be accepted for different Rooms/Areas or combination of Rooms/Areas of the establishment.
  • The External Function/Conference/Catering Booking Module enables Organisations to cater for a wide variety of Function/Conference/Catering activities held at various locations. This also enables independent Catering Organisations to take full advantage of the ResPAK Program.
  • ResPAK will assist staff in ensuring that follow up contact with clients occurs on the due date.
  • Guest Lists for Reception and Display purposes can be printed in alphabetical order and/or by Table identification together with a Graphic Table Location Plan.
  • ResPAK also features, where applicable, an Accommodation Section which records the number and type of rooms required for the Function/Conference together with revenue derived from accommodation.
  • A comprehensive range of Management Reports is provided.
  • ResPAK enables a customer's previous Function Bookings to be quickly displayed.
  • ResPAK will produce Departmental reports covering Function Activities over any given date range. Reports for each Department include required Food, Beverage, Serving Times and Additional Items together with Graphic Room Layout.
  • ResPAK defines Patrons by their Number of Visits, Expenditure, Occasion, Market Segment, Preference Selection, Birth Date, Anniversary Date, Referral, Postcode, Telephone Number - all necessary information for effective promotions.
  • ResPAK enables a special Rating to be allocated to Patrons based upon their importance to the Organisation.
  • ResPAK provides Club Membership categories for Marketing and Loyalty Reward Programs.
  • ResPAK monitors VIP, Regular, Repeat and First Visit Patrons.
  • ResPAK provides an analysis of the number of Patrons from each Referral Source.
  • ResPAK enables Marketing to be conducted via - Tele-marketing, Mail Merge, Email or SMS (Mobile Telephone). Files can also be saved for integration with other software programs.
  • ResPAK automatically updates a Patrons Profile when Marketing is conducted.
  • ResPAK provides an analysis of the effectiveness of specific promotions.
  • ResPAK tracks the dining history of a Patron together with a detailed Patron Profile
