| MIWA AL5H Dual Technology |

Miwa's new AL5H hotel card lock system combines Magstripe and smart card technologies into one industry leading lock to meet a wide variety of hotel security needs.
The first in a planned series of new technology products from Miwa, the AL5H as been designed to offer true 'one lock does all' functionality. And to make sure its tough enough to cope in the most demanding hotel environments, the new locking system has successfully passed vigorous test installations in the Hyatt and ANA hotel's, Tokyo, the Essex Inn, Chicago and at the Bay Landing hotel, San Francisco.
Designed to read both Magstripe cards and smart cards as standard, the AL5H requires no hardwiring, all programming is achieved by an infra-red load/download data link via the front desk, with locks only taking an impressive 15-20 seconds to program.
MIWA offers a full Hotel Electronic Door Management System.
In New Zealand, MIWA doorlocks are now installed at the Copthorne Hotel and Resort Bay of Islands and Kingsgate Autolodge Paihia, Southern Cross Hotel in Hamilton, Frankton Hotel Hamilton, CTC Aviation Accommodation in Hamilton, Lodge at 199 Rotorua, Uptown Apartments in Auckland, The Quadrant in Auckland, Mount Richmond Hotel in Auckland, Waitomo Lodge, 315 Euro Dunedin and at Auckland International Airport at the Jet Park Hotel and the Grand Chancellor Auckland Airport. | MIWA's ALVH Proximity Lock |

MIWA has recently launched it's new state of the art proximity card lock based on the functionality of it's hugely succesful AL5H dual functionality lock.
The MIWA ALVH uses the Mifare proximity card technology.
Like the other MIWA locks, the ALVH are battery operated. With interfaces to all major property management systems, the ALVH will be solution of choice for most hotel operators.
The ALVH is available with and without key override functionality and offers integration with elevator controls, energy saving switches and main door control units.
Offered in a number of styles and handles such as satin stainless steel, polished stainless stee and various brass finshes, the ALVH will fit in any decor.
