Pan Pacific Hotel Singapore installs 780 Bartech minibars on a WIFI network

The Pan Pacific Hotel in Singapore becomes the first hotel in Asia Pacific to install Bartech Automatic Minibars on a WIFI network which also provides broadband internet services to it's guests.

Jet Park Auckland Airport upgrades to AL5H dual technology lock

After having used the NEXUS card lock system from MIWA Lock Company, management of the Jet Park decided to upgrade to the AL5H dual technology system in tandem with the extension the hotel is constructing. The installation was completed by the hotel team in no time, evidence of the fact that the MIWA system is easy to install, easy to use and easy to maintain.

 
 
Three Starwood Hotels in Fiji streamline communications with FCS WinVoice and FCS Connect

After having used FCS WinSuite Call Accounting and PMS interface for a long time, the Sheraton Denarau Villas, Sheraton Fiji Resort and the Westin Denarau Island Resort & Spa Fiji installed FCS WinVoice, the leading voicemail solution for the hospitality industry. Additionally, FCS Connect Task Management was deployed which allows the three hotels to centrally manage all guest requests as well as allow management to track response times and service levels in addition to properly follow up. FCS Connect reports on service needs and requests and allows management to adequately schedule staff levels. The Courtesy Call module will automatically prompt front line staff to check back with guests if their needs have been met. Connect puts pro-active response back on track.

Rodney District Council chooses ROS2000 as reservation system for their Holiday Parks

ROS2000 has been installed at Martin's Bay and Orewa Beach Holiday Parks this month. Both Parks are owned and managed by the Rodney District Council. The main servers reside at the Council Office and the parks access the system via a high speed link running on Citrix. This is a unique set-up. Support is handled from a central location. Plans are in the pipeline to add a third park to this set-up later in the season.

The FCS MiniBar module has been installed at the Hilton in Auckland. FCS Minibar is an Interactive Voice Response System which allows minibar attendants and house keepers to take quick stock of the minibar in the guest room and post the consumption straight through to the guest bill via the telephone system.

The mini bar module will enable the hotel to cut down on late charges and losses due to invoicing mistakes.

The Hilton in Auckland has been using FCS WinSuite and FCS WinVoice since the opening of the hotel, and the installation of the FCS Mini Bar Module further enhances the many opportunities FCS Suite of products have to offer.

Copthorne Hotel and Resort Bay of Islands first hotel to install ARFE Safes in NZ

145 ARFE Digital Safes of the type Universal Laptop, have been installed at the Copthorne Hotel and Resort Bay of Islands.

Following the installation of the MIWA Door Locks, the ARFE Safes complement the enhanced in room technology and security systems of the hotel.

The ARFE Universal Laptop safes are digital and provide the guest with a userfriendly peace of mind. The safes are large enough to be able to store note book computers and other larger valuable items.

The Hotel Ibis Rotorua, adjacent to the Royal Novotel Lakeside, opened it's doors and FCS WinSuite was one of the core applications installed.

Both the Ibis and the Novotel's PABX and Property Management Systems are interfaced through WinSuite. WinSuite also takes care of the many PMS functions communicating between Fidelio and the NEC switch.

Millennium, Copthorne and Kingsgate Hotels, New Zealand largest hotel chain, orders FCS WinSuite and WinVoice for 4 hotels.

The Millennium and Copthorne hotels in Queenstown and Christchurch, as well as the Copthorne Hotel and Resort Bay of Islands will be installed with FCS's core applications in August and September, as part of a major telephone system upgrade.

Royal Lakeside Novotel Rotorua first hotel in New Zealand to install ResPAK

In conjunction with a major overhaul of the telephone system, FCS WinSuite was installed as the Call Accounting and property management system interface, managing the call traffic and billing, between the Epitome Property Management System and the Philips SOPHO PABX.

A major telecommunications infrastructure overhaul at the Stamford Plaza Auckland includes the implementation of the FCS Call Accounting and Voicemail Systems.
