ROS2006TM provides multi functionality in an integrated environment. It allows you to block inventory, create manifests, book reservations, track purchases and daily revenues (including agent commissions and timeshare revenue sharing), calculate taxes, manage memberships, create and maintain client waiting and mailing lists, schedule resources to create bus charters, tours or dinner sittings, and ticket events or transportation.

The Reservations Grid
The distinctive ROS2006TM reservations grid is displayed in the graphical WindowsTM environment, and navigation methods suit many user styles: use the mouse to drag and drop bookings, access the toolbar or dropdown menu items, or click on keyboard shortcut keys. You can display the grid in multiple views, including all your locations and unit types, or just selected ones. View all units, and the reservations on them, or just the availability and capacity numbers. Use color to indicate reservation and payment status, or to display alerts. You can opt to include specialized features, such as incorporating a map of your business, and booking units right on the graphical display, configuring custom reservation packages, including automatically adjusted rates based on occupancy, linking with credit card verification or call accounting software and more!
Rez RobotTM
Incorporate Internet booking into your ROS2006TM setup with Rez RobotTM. This powerful online booking module allows clients to make reservation requests on your Web site, and for you to accept or decline those requests automatically. |
